Before you ask…

How much does donation pickup cost?

Light Pickup, one bag up to 20 lbs, is $24.99 onwards. Flexi Pickup for more bags or boxes is $42.99 onwards depending on the vehicle, and so is our Books Only Pickup. Your fee depends on the distance from your address to the organization your items are matched with, and you always see it before you pay. Prefer free? We'll send you a drop-off list of nearby organizations instead.

Do I need to be home?

No - leave your bags at the door, porch or lobby and we'll collect them in your time slot.

Do I get a tax receipt?

No. We're a pickup service, not a charity - the fee you pay is for the collection and the match, not a donation, so it isn't tax-deductible and we don't issue tax receipts. Your items reach the receiving organization free of charge. If you need a receipt for the goods themselves, ask the organization that received them - we'll let you know which one.
