Can I donate books to the library instead?
Many library Friends groups take donations for their book sales, each with its own days, limits and no-lists, so check before you go. A pickup is the option for when the stack is heavy or your week is full: we collect from your door and tell you which organization received your books. Used books of every kind are welcome - novels, children's books and textbooks under 10 years old.
Can I add other items to the same pickup in the Bay Area?
