You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
Please do not send us Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive information that is not needed for your pickup. Please do not include personal documents or data inside donated items (see Section 5.2 of our Terms of Use).

We share your name, phone number, pickup address, access instructions, pickup window and item details with the Pickup Partner assigned to your booking: Uber for Light Pickups, and Lugg for Flexi Pickups, together with the independent driver or mover who accepts the job. They use this information to collect your items, send you pickup updates (for example, SMS tracking links) and contact you about the pickup. Pickup Partners handle this information under their own privacy policies, including Uber's Privacy Notice and Lugg's Privacy Policy, available on their websites. We share only what they need to complete the job.
4.2 Recipient Organizations. We share a description of the items and the delivery date with the organization that receives your items. We do not share your name or contact details with Recipient Organizations unless you ask us to, or unless it is needed to resolve a problem with your items.
4.3 Service providers. We share information with companies that provide services to us under contracts that restrict their use of it, such as website hosting and cloud storage (including our hosting provider's infrastructure in Singapore), payment processing (Stripe), bot and fraud protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), booking and routing software, email, SMS and messaging platforms, customer support tools, analytics, address validation, and professional advisors (such as lawyers, accountants and auditors).
4.4 Share At Door Step group companies. Our group companies, Share At Door Step Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and SADS India Pvt. Ltd. They may access personal information for these purposes under intra-group agreements and are required to protect it consistently with this Privacy Policy. See Section 11.
4.5 Advertising and analytics partners. We allow certain advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and Meta, to collect information through cookies, pixels and similar technologies on our website to measure and improve our advertising and to show you Share At Door Step ads on other sites and apps. These partners may receive identifiers such as cookie IDs and IP address, the pages you visit, and booking events (such as a completed booking and its value). If you have accepted advertising cookies, we may also provide hashed (scrambled) email addresses or phone numbers to help measure our ads. This may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. These technologies do not load unless you accept them, and you can opt out as described in Sections 6 and 9.
4.6 Organizations you participate through. If you take part in a donation drive or program run by your employer or another organization, we may share your participation and donation details with that organization, usually in aggregated form.
4.7 Legal, safety and protection. 4.10 De-identified and aggregated information. We may share information that has been de-identified or aggregated so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We will not attempt to re-identify it.
4.11 No sale for money or direct marketing. We do not exchange personal information for money. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, as described in California Civil Code Section 1798.83.
5.1 Pickup Partners and Share At Door Step may take photos of donated items and the pickup spot at pickup and delivery as proof of service, for dispute resolution and to prevent fraud. We instruct Pickup Partners to photograph only the items and the immediate pickup spot, and not people, house numbers or documents. We may also use item photos that do not show people, your address or identifying details of your home in impact reports and on our channels, until you ask us to stop. If a photo accidentally captures a person or personal details, we will not use it for these purposes.
5.2 We will not use your name, photograph, voice or likeness in advertising or marketing without your separate, express consent.
5.3 If we record a phone call, we will tell you at the start of the call. If our website offers live chat, before you send your first message we will tell you that the chat is recorded and operated for us by our chat provider, and ask you to agree.
