Cancellation and refund policy

Reschedule free up to 24 hours before your pickup. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before carry a cancellation fee of 4% or $3, whichever is higher. After that, the fee is 4% or $10 (Light) / $40 (Flexi, Books Only and corporate drives), whichever is higher.

  • Reschedule 24+ hours before your pickup window: free
  • Cancel 24+ hours before your pickup window: 4% of your pickup fee or $3, whichever is higher (all pickup types)
  • Cancel or reschedule under 24 hours before, or a no-show: 4% of your pickup fee or $10 (Light Pickup) / $40 (Flexi Pickup, Books Only Pickup, corporate drives), whichever is higher

The fee is deducted from what you paid and the rest is refunded, usually within 5 to 10 business days. To cancel or reschedule, contact us via WhatsApp on +1 (669) 322-5186. Some bulky items need approval first and have their own cancellation fee, which we tell you before you decide. Other charges (for example a failed pickup or contaminated items) are rare, and if one is expected on your order we'll tell you the amount beforehand. Full details are in the Terms of Use.
