How much does a donation pickup in the Bay Area cost?
Light Pickup is $24.99 onwards for one bag up to 20 lbs. Flexi Pickup is $42.99 onwards for more bags or boxes. The fee depends on the distance from your address to the organization your items are matched with, and you always see it before you pay.
What can I donate?

Where do my donations go?
To an organization we support near you that has asked for what you're giving. Organizations use the items or sell them to fund their work. Once your items are delivered, we'll let you know the organization's name.
Is the fee tax-deductible?
No. The fee pays for the pickup and matching service - it isn't a donation. For any deduction on the items themselves, ask the organization that received them; we'll tell you which one it was.
