Goodwill of Silicon Valley is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to helping people overcome barriers to employment and build more independent futures. Through its thrift stores, recycling operations, and community programmes, it transforms donated goods into funding for free job training, career coaching, housing assistance, and reentry support. The organisation supports veterans, people experiencing housing instability, individuals with disabilities, and others facing challenges in accessing employment. By donating or shopping with Goodwill of Silicon Valley, individuals help create economic opportunities while giving reusable items a second life and reducing waste in the community.
